I started setameeting.com to help wtih this problem. I was very frustrated by people who wanted to wait until everyone gave thier availability before they responded with thier times to meet. This made scheduling a meeting in a reasonable time frame difficult. setameeting.com or SAM helps fix this problem by sending out automated reminders to the invitees until tehy respond. It also allows the invitees to see the available times for people who ahve already responded.
